These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StoneX Recruiting website and recruiting services (the "Services"). By using the Services or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
StoneX Recruiting ("we," "us," or "our") is a driver-placement and recruiting firm. We act as an intermediary that connects commercial drivers with carriers and motor-vehicle employers. We are not the employer, and using the Services does not create an employment relationship with StoneX Recruiting.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work and to operate a commercial vehicle in the United States to use the Services or submit an application.
We use reasonable efforts to match qualified drivers with suitable opportunities. We do not guarantee that you will be offered a position, hired, or placed with any carrier. Hiring decisions, pay, schedules, and equipment are determined by the carriers and employers, not by StoneX Recruiting.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. Misrepresentations may result in disqualification.
The Services, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by StoneX Recruiting or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Services without our prior written permission.
The Services may reference or link to third-party carriers and websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, hiring practices, or employment terms of any third party. Any dealings you have with a carrier are solely between you and that carrier.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StoneX Recruiting will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StoneX Recruiting and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
