Requirements

Do you qualify?

Most experienced Class A drivers meet our standards with room to spare. New to OTR? Ask us about entry-level and recent-grad lanes, we partner with several CDL schools.

  • Valid CDL Class A in good standing
  • 21 years of age or older
  • 2+ years verifiable OTR experience (entry-level & recent-grad options available)
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no pattern of unsafe driving
  • Able to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
  • No major moving violations or preventable accidents in the past 3 years

Screening

Road Test & Orientation

Pass a straightforward road test and complete paid orientation covering safety, ELD, and company policies. We cover travel and lodging.

Get Your Truck

You're assigned a clean, inspected, late-model tractor. We walk the unit with you and make sure it's set up the way you like it.

Drivers are paid weekly via direct deposit, with settlements posted on a consistent day every week. You'll have access to a clear, itemized pay statement showing miles, accessorials, and any bonuses, no guessing what hit your account.

It depends on the lane you choose. OTR drivers typically take a 34-hour reset and full weekends, regional drivers are home weekly, and dedicated drivers can be home daily or several nights a week. We put your agreed home-time policy in writing and hold to it.

For qualified, experienced drivers the typical timeline from application to first dispatch is 7 to 14 days, depending on orientation scheduling and how quickly we receive your documents. We move as fast as you do.
